Apparel items may be exchanged within 7 days of collection or delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Custom-branded items, personalised apparel, school/team-specific items, and sponsor-branded clothing are non-refundable once production has started, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Customers must check sizes carefully before placing orders.
